12 Week Transformation
Two years now that I have been training at R5 fitness with Ryan. Why am I still here? Because of incredible results - my strength, my endurance, my cardio fitness have greatly been improved, so has been my passion for exercise!

the short version is Ryan and R5 are the best PT and fitness coaching company you’re going to find.
after THE BIRTH OF my son, I had just bought a load of XXL t-shirts and weighed around 20.5 stone. Something needed to be done. I needed help.
I did some searching, read reviews like this and eventually filled in the R5 contact form. Ryan called the following morning and I had an initial meeting with him which covered me, my health, my fitness history and what I wanted to achieve.
Then the hard work started, guided and coached by Ryan over the next 9 months I dropped just over 4 stone was fitter, healthier and generally felt great in myself.
I’ve started doing park run, I now run 3 times a week, I track my food and my exercise, I speak to Ryan about the challenges I’m having with fitness and food. He keeps me honest, calls bull sh!t on my excuses, but never judges and is always there to offer guidance and advise. Training with R5 isn’t just going to a PT, it is being coached to be a better you, to challenge yourself, to push yourself, and to do it sustainably.
It is hard, it is on you to put the time and the work in, and to show up for yourself but Ryan will support you every step of the way.

I have a hearing impairment with my first language being British Sign Language. This I thought was going to be a big challenge with my personal trainer who didn’t know BSL.
Ryan not knowing BSL was never a barrier between us in the training sessions. He explained to me by writing things down and demonstrating. I became stronger and he taught me diet is pretty big, so eat well.
I remember when I looked at myself in the mirror, I was ashamed and my self esteem was low with my body. Now I couldn't have been happier because I was totally shocked after 3 months I saw my results that changed my life.
I made one of the best decisions of my life when I joined R5 Fitness because I've been through hard times and lost a lot of self-confidence. Exercising has made me stress free. So now I found myself gaining confidence again.
I can’t thank Ryan enough, he has changed my life and I can’t imagine how I would be without his help. I’m really grateful for what Ryan has taught me.

!! I'm 24 and have always been overweight so when I started with Ryan I thought it would be really hard and never imagined I would be where I am now.

Before starting university I was looking to do some form of exercise as I have always felt under confident when it came to using the equipment in a gym.
I feel that with the help of both the meal and training plans as well as the clear breakdowns of how to perform exercises in each session, training with Ryan at R5 Fitness has given me both the knowledge and confidence that I need going forward in my future fitness endeavours.
