Shoulder Mobility Exercises - Using Just a Towel

Do you struggle with overhead pressing movements? Do you find gripping the barbell difficult whilst back squatting? Want to improve you overhead squat?


The limiting factor could be tight shoulders and/or chest, which massively reduces your range of motion.


Try thee three exercises using just a towel to help open out the shoulder ligaments and stretch off the chest muscles.
