How to Set An Example

If you've ever struggled to get your kids into sport/exercise, one of the best ways is by setting an example.


Granted, a lot of parents don't have the confidence to lead by example. Perhaps you aren't particularly fit or in shape yourself.


Well truth be told, young kids have no concept of which adults are fit and healthy. They simply see behaviours and copy them.


So whether you're in shape or out of shape. Your actions are being watched and copied more than you know.


And if you want your child to lead a healthy and active life, exploring different sports and enjoying all the physical and social benefits that come along with it.


You have to lead by example!


And honestly, this doesn't just apply to kids. It might be your spouse, a family member, a friend, the same principles apply to whoever you're looking to inspire with your actions.
