Our Sheffield personal training studio has always been a safe space to learn, make mistakes, grow in confidence and knowledge.

We're located 5 minutes outside Sheffield city centre with free parking on site. 2 minutes walk from Park Grange Road tram stop.

Rogue Fitness is an industry standard in gym equipment and we have recently upgraded to incorporate their kit.
We have a wide range of dumbbells, cables machines, benches, kettlebells and everything in between.

Where
We start
The goal in our first few sessions is understanding how your body currently functions. Both it's capabilities and limitations, helping me develop a program best suited to you.
​
We begin with an initial assessment of your posture, flexibility and mobility. You'll receive a stretch and mobility guide to open up areas of improvement. We'll then assess your main compound lifts and/or fitness levels.
TRAINING
PROGRAMs
We provide comprehensive training programs designed specifically around your goals. Updated regularly to maximise progression and to keep you engaged throughout your program.

You will also be provided with a stretch and mobility guide to improve overall movement and give you best chance of performing exercises correctly.
NUTRITION
PLANS
After completing a 7 day food diary and discussing your dietary
requirements, I formulate a nutritional plan, calorie range and macronutrient set up with your overall goal in mind.

My aim is to produce meals that not only hit your daily numbers, but also take into account your lifestyle,
as well as satisfying certain food cravings.

My goal is to keep you as coherent on the program as possible. Therefore conversations around habits will be had from the outset and throughout.

I want to understand as much about you as possible. This will help me implement the correct strategies
that will have you living and performing more optimally in every area of your life.

The first step is a free consultation either here at the studio or via google meet if more convenient.
Just an informal chat going over your primary goals. Your history with exercise, sport and nutrition. Any dietary requirements/allergies you may have as well as any injuries/health conditions.

We then outline a plan which will have you moving quickly towards your goals.
